Wil's 4th birthday consisted of three celebrations: the day of with family, the day after with his preschool class and his "Garbage Truck" party with friends & family!

This album includes Ty's many birthday celebrations including our trip to New York City to visit Toys R Us in Times Square, birthday cake at home, cupcakes at preschool, a tour of the fire house and the pizza party following!

July 26th - August 2nd, nineteen of us (John, Ang, Ty, Wil, Joe, Kelly, Taylor, Connor, Paige, Brian, Sam, Joe, Terri, Curt, Debbie, Corinne, Cameron, Curt and Great Grandma Mary) converged on the Outer Banks of North Carolina for our annual family vacation. Here are a few pictures from our wonderful week together.

May 2nd - 9th, sixteen of us (John, Ang, Ty, Wil, Joe, Kelly, Taylor, Connor, Paige, Joe Sr., Terri, Brian, Sam, Norma, Bill and Cookie) spent a week in Florida at the Disney World Resorts. It was our boys' maiden voyage to the happiest place on earth—one of mine and John's favorite places! It was a wonderful experience, complete with the challenges that come with five kids under six, unseasonably hot days and a drill-sergeant vacation coordinator (John), but all things considered we wouldn't have changed a thing! With many lessons learned and a great time had by all, we can't wait to do it again in two years!

These are photos of the day we legally adopted both boys in Family Court, Poughkeepsie, New York. Ty was adopted on April 17, 2004 and Wil on August 14, 2005. We were family from our first touch, but having the papers to prove it was a wonderful feeling.

Shortly after both boys were born, we presented them to our church community and thanked God publicly for their presence in our lives. In that moment, we dedicated ourselves to bring up Ty and Wil in the Christian faith. Pastor Bob Eckler officiated the ceremony at Fishkill Baptist Church, Fishkill, New York.

Wil Christian was born on April 28th, 2005 at 8:40 am at Vassar Brother's Hospital in Poughkeepsie, New York. He was 6.7 lbs and 20.5" long.

Ty Christopher was born on February 17th, 2004 at 9:42 pm at Vassar Brother's Hospital in Poughkeepsie, New York. He was 6.8 lbs and 20" long.
